Back to the grind ...again

Well, not really. Cake Poker sent me $10 to my account since I haven't played on Cake for 2 years or so. Now I can finally play real money online poker again! Even though it's a tenth of what I used to play for it's better than playing play money poker to get my fix.

Since I received the gift I started playing $2 husngs until I made $40ish to bring my roll to $50. I then moved up and was planning on using a 10bi rule until I hit 50s again. So I was grinding the $5s until I made it to $100. I tried moving up to $10s but I hit a downswing and kept moving back down. My peak was $110 then went down to $40 I think and decided to use a 20bi rule after the 5s because the variance is too much. So now I'm grinding the 5s again and I made it back to $100 but then hit another downswing which hasn't ended. I'm now back at $70 and hoping I can get my luck back.

Hopefully I can hit $200 soon so I can move up comfortably to the 10s.. I really want to get back to where I was but I'm afraid the traffic at 30s+ is going to be very slow on Cake. I'm just waiting for the next poker boom in the US... it's coming I feel it.
